Accessibility

Accessibility statement.

Real Estate Warriors is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience. We continually work to improve the accessibility and usability of our website and aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

What we have done

  • Structured every page with headings, landmarks and labelled form fields so it can be navigated with a screen reader.
  • Made all links, buttons, menus and forms usable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Checked text and interface colors against the WCAG contrast requirements.
  • Added text alternatives to informative images, including listing photos.
  • Added pause controls for moving content, and turned off nonessential animation for visitors who choose “reduce motion” on their device.
  • Designed pages to remain usable when zoomed to 400% and on small screens.
  • Tested every page with automated accessibility checks.

Known limitations

  • Listing photos are supplied through the multiple listing service (MLS) and may include watermarks or printed notices. When a notice is important, such as a “digitally altered” disclosure, we include it in the photo’s text alternative.
  • Our contact form delivers messages through Google Forms. If you have trouble sending a message, please email or call us instead.

Feedback and assistance

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you need information in a different format, please contact us. Let us know which page you were on and what went wrong, and we will work with you to provide the information you need.
